This statement applies exclusively to all SPARK apparel and clothing products (“Products”). SPARK is a clothing and lifestyle brand whose designs may reference, support, or express themes related to electric bikes (eBikes) and electric motorcycles (eMotos).

All SPARK apparel is intended for expressive, artistic, and lifestyle purposes only.

Any wording, graphics, slogans, or imagery related to:

  • eBike or eMoto culture

  • Rider rights or advocacy

  • Road access, freedom, or regulation

are purely expressions of opinion and identity, and do not constitute:

  • Instructions or encouragement to break laws

  • Official policy, guidance, or representation of any government or authority

3. No Encouragement of Illegal Activity

SPARK does not promote, encourage, or condone:

  • Illegal riding

  • Violation of traffic or vehicle laws

  • Unsafe or reckless behavior

  • Bypassing regulations or enforcement

Any interpretation of SPARK apparel as encouraging unlawful activity is strictly rejected.

4. User Responsibility for Interpretation
